I have had a few people submit some of their free directories that are seo friendly. So here are a few more:

VFunk Global Dance Music Directory - A good place to submit your music related sites to.
Dan has
SEO Friendly Directory List there.
Doriant has a thread here that is a list of a
Directory of Directories. He also has a
Forums Directory.
Mark has
Primo Directory which looks seo friendly, it has PR and the links are straight to your site. He also has
Yeandi which looks seo friendly too.
