Nice List. Finding free directories is a very time consuming process. Hopefully you will continue to add more as you find them!

Running one directory is hard enough but 10... thats got to be 10 times the work!
they look all the same! do I have to submit to all of them, or just one is enough to get listed in the other?
Since most people submit to them all, it isn't that hard. If I review them all the same day I can remember most of the links. Makes it easier to approve them.
Paul.. Each directory is on its own IP. So submitting to them all increases links to your site. Submitting to one doesn't submit to them all. Sorry.

I just added a few new directories today. A few being 25 of them.
I'm testing what happens with directories on some of my older domains. Google seems to love older domains.

This is true, I started my site for about 2 months now and has a link popularity of around 700. Still I haven't got a pagerank yet.
Arvin I'm sure you will have PR by March. I know what you mean by it taking a long time now.

This list is awesome. I wasn't sure if all the directories were from the one site, since I have been sent most of them, and had noticed the same theme. I figured it was the same software making the rounds. Now I have found the source hehehe.
Keep creating you are keeping me busy :)

Hi makesenses! I fixed this, there was a folder that had an illegal character that was causing it to stop building. Happens once in awhile when we approve a category that has & in it.
SEO Friendly Free Directory List, these are pretty new. I will be adding to the list. Several people have sent me their directory links last night. I will be adding any that are free and SEO friendly to the list today.
